Program Director

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Be conversational, if not fluent, in English, Mandarin, and/or Spanish

  • Have at least four years’ experience working with preschool-aged children in a supervisory role, and with B.A. degree

  • Have a degree in Child Development and 3 administration units

  • Be capable of preparing monthly newsletters and coaching staff in their abilities to incorporate the school philosophy of language immersion while engaging children of all ages

  • Have high-quality administrative management

  • Have three or more references, current CPR/First Aid certification, official transcripts, proof of LiveScan fingerprinting, and a clean background check

  • Be able to develop marketing analysis and marketing plans

  • Be driven to use recycling materials for projects.
     

Montessori Preschool Teacher
The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Be conversational, if not fluent, in English, Mandarin, and/or Spanish

  • Have at least two years’ experience working with preschool-aged children

  • Have at least 12 units in Child Development

  • Be committed to delivering a high-quality curriculum with a team attitude, creativity, and in a calm manner

  • Be capable of preparing monthly newsletters and have the abilities to incorporate the school philosophy of language immersion while engaging children of all ages

  • Have a basic knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the Montessori Method

  • Be comfortable with a small ratio of children (typically 1:6 up to 1:10), and able to provide care and education in the classroom

  • Have three or more references, current CPR/First Aid certification, official transcripts, proof of LiveScan fingerprinting, and a clean background check
     

Teacher Assistant

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Be conversational, if not fluent, in English, Mandarin, and/or Spanish

  • Have at least two years’ experience working with preschool-aged children

  • Have at least 6 to 12 units in Child Development

  • Be committed to delivering a high-quality curriculum with a team attitude, creativity, and in a calm manner

  • Be capable of assisting the headteacher to pare monthly newsletters and curriculum activities

  • Have the abilities to incorporate the school philosophy of language immersion while engaging children of all ages

  • Have a basic knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the Montessori Method

  • Be comfortable with a small ratio of children (typically 1:6 up to 1:10), and able to provide care and education in the classroom

  • Have three or more references, current CPR/First Aid certification, official transcripts, proof of LiveScan fingerprinting, and a clean background check
     

Training: We offer coaching at our well-established site to meet company curriculum standards.
